Holding your energy

People have been talking about how hard it is to be sensitive to other people’s energy.

♨️

Going out in public can be draining when you are feeling people anxiety and fears.

♨️

In this post, I offer three practices to help protect yourself from taking on energy from other people.

♨️

  1. Set an intention not to take on their energy.

  2. imagine yourself in a golden egg. Like a gossamer fabric all around your body

  3. ask your younger self why she/he needed to take on the habit of taking on other people’s energy. Give your younger self compassion and gratitude for doing that in the past and let them know that they do not need to do that any more.
