Bear Witness on our Prickly world

No doubt - these are prickly times.

Fear is foisted by politicians

The earth and its atmosphere churn with unrest.

People are working long hours and living in poverty

Despots thrive on keeping the masses oppressed, in fear and

believing their lives won’t get better unless they, the despots, stay in power

How do we live?

How do you not dissolve into despair?

WE build bridges between love and fear

Connect with real people

If you live in an area that posits to govern by democracy

GET OUT AND VOTE and GET OUT THE VOTE

Demand that your state use paper ballets that can be counted by machines which allows votes to be audited and authenticated.

Take what ever small or large action to make sure the people who are elected have integrity

They work for you and not the monied interests that to often fund campaigns and what ever other lifestyle the politician wants.

We have to focus upon GETTING MONEY OUT OF POLITICS and into the hands of people who need it to survive and better yet thrive.

All along this path, don’t forget to have fun. Find pleasure in large and small ways. Give yourself a moment or three every day to run your hands over your body, thru your hair, and feel the delight in self pleasure. Hug your friends. Love your lover. Care for one another. Smile. Dance. Admire the prickles. Don’t let them scare you.

Remember too, what Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. said

“When our days become dreary with low-hovering clouds of despair, and when our nights become darker than a thousand midnights, let us remember that there is a creative force in this universe working to pull down the gigantic mountains of evil, a power that is able to make a way out of no way and transform dark yesterdays into bright tomorrows. Let us realize that the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.”

Sending you all lots of love and light to build the bridges - Bari
